Color Matching

Cutting
Fabric is cut on the bias at precise angles to ensure proper drape and shape retention after wear.
Sewing
Hand-sewn bar tacks, slip stitching, and tipping by experienced craftspeople. Details matter.
Final QC
100% final inspection against your approved sample. Measurements, stitching, and pattern alignment verified.
Packing Inspection
Packaging verified against spec: tissue wrapping, custom inserts, private labels, and carton counts confirmed.

Can you sign an NDA before I share my designs?
Absolutely. We take client confidentiality seriously. We're happy to sign a mutual NDA before any artwork, patterns, or proprietary design information is shared. Just ask at the start of our conversation and we'll have it ready promptly.
Do you offer OEM and private label manufacturing?
Yes -- both OEM and ODM. We can manufacture to your exact specifications (OEM), or help you develop a design from concept to production (ODM). Private label is also available, including branded woven labels, hang tags, tissue paper, and custom packaging to match your brand identity.
How long does it take to receive a sample?
Standard sampling takes 7-10 business days after we receive your confirmed artwork and specifications. We offer express sampling (3-5 business days) for simpler constructions. Samples are typically shipped via DHL or FedEx, and we'll send you tracking as soon as they dispatch.
